Chris focuses his practice on personal injury and employment/labor cases, including automobile accidents, nursing home cases, wage and hour issues, and privacy claims. He has represented employees, labor unions, and those injured by the acts of others throughout the State of Wisconsin. Chris earned his law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. Prior to entering law school, Chris received his B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University. While at Lawrence, Chris was a member of the men’s basketball team, serving as team captain and earning all-academic and all-conference honors. Chris has tried cases in both state and federal court. He prides himself on protecting his clients and working aggressively to obtain the best potential outcome. One of Chris’ former clients states: "Chris worked my case on a very personal level working extremely hard to overcome what others thought was impossible! Wiemer is a partner at MacGillis Wiemer, LLC, and focuses his practice on family and labor/employment cases. Graham also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in many family cases. Graham was named both a 2011 and 2012 Rising Star in Wisconsin Super Lawyers after being selected by his peers as among the top Wisconsin lawyers 40 years of age and younger or in the practice of law for less than 10 years. Graham attended law school at the University of Notre Dame, and spent his second year at the Concannon London Law Programme in London, England. While in law school, Graham also worked with the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic. Graham earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton, in Dayton, Ohio, majoring in Political Science and Philosophy, with a minor in Human Rights. Graham was a recipient of the Eugene Stenger Outstanding Junior in Political Science award, given to the top junior majoring in Political Science each year. While an undergraduate, Graham studied in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. Graham also interned with Congressman Tony Hall. He also works within his community, especially helping children. Graham is a former member of the Citizen Advocacy of Washington County Board of Directors, and a current member of the Leadership Germantown Board of Directors. |
